Can Donald Trump make use of tunes against a performer's will?

Jack White's power equipment "takes legal action against fascists", composed the frontman of The White Lines on Instagram on September 9th. The "fascist" is Donald Trump, who just recently used the band's most popular song, "7 Country Soldiers", in an initiative online video. Mr White prefers him to stop. He participates in a long list of artists that contest Mr Trump utilizing their songs: Abba, Celine Dion, Beyoncu00e9, Foo Fighters, the estates of Isaac Hayes and also Sinu00e9ad O'Connor and Johnny Marr of The Smiths-- and those are only the objectors coming from this year.
